prior to pick up from 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:00
A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Fridays. A
deposit of $50.00 will be required, one hundred percent (100%) refundable to
General Contractors for the first set, and fifty percent (50%) refundable for
additional sets for General Contractors and for all sets to Subcontractors,
returned in good condition within ten (10) days after bid date. No
bidder may withdraw his proposal for at least thirty (30) days after the time
scheduled for the opening of bids. Each
proposal shall be submitted only on the Contractor's Bid Form. All Spaces indicated must be completed, and
if not, shall be cause for rejection. The
rules and regulations of the State Licensing Board for Contractors shall
apply. The Owner reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
