PROJECT: Rehabilitation of historic building for expansion of health center St. Thomas Community Health Center will receive sealed bids with qualification statements until Friday, August 13, 2010 at 3:00pm for the furnishing of all labor and materials and performing all work necessary and incidental to the rehabilitation of a historic building in the Lower Garden District in New Orleans for the proposed expansion of the St Thomas Community Health Center at 1936/38 Magazine Street.
