into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the State of Louisiana that
appropriated over $41 million towards a $100 million community health center
Facility Expansion Initiative (FEI). Using numerous leveraging opportunities
and development resources, the ongoing FEI is expanding and enhancing access to
health center services and programs throughout the state.
It is anticipated that this initial
phase of the capital development program will be completed in 2011. During this
