LPCA Membership Categories
Louisiana Primary Care Association has four (4) levels of membership affiliation: Organizational, Sponsor Organization, Associate, and Individual Memberships. To find out more information about which membership affiliation best fits your needs, refer to the following membership categories.
Organizational Members Available to all Community Health Centers established under Public Service Act Section 330. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other federally funded primary health care providers are eligible for this category of membership. The Board of Directors must approve organizational members. Organizational members have voting privileges.

Organizational Members Annual Dues- $ 4,000
Sponsor Organization Members Available to any nonprofit or for profit entities that have an interest in supporting primary health care services in Louisiana.
Sponsor Organization Member Benefits
- Company recognition and logo on front page of LPCA Website
- Sponsorship recognition in Primary Network publication
- Professional Development cost savings with discounted
registration fees for LPCA conferences and meetings.
- One-year subscription of LPCA's Primary Network publication
- Receipt of LPCA Membership Card
Sponsor Organization Annual Dues - $1500
Associate Members Associate members are available to any primary care provider or group operating within Louisiana, or any organization, corporation, association or government departments that have an interest in primary health care services in Louisiana. This is a non-voting membership.
Associate Member Benefits
- Professional Development cost savings with discounted
registration fees for LPCA conferences and meetings.
- Access and participation to LPCA facilitated clinical, administrative networking forums
- One year subscription of LPCA's monthly publication the Primary Network (Associate Member can contribute to content subsequent to LPCA approval)
- Receipt of LPCA membership card
Associate Members Annual Dues- $ 250
Individual Members Available to persons connected with federally funded Community Health Centers in a professional capacity, their families and other individuals interested in access to primary care health services. This is a non-voting membership.
