New Programs and Initiatives "Vouch for Health Program" LPCA has entered into a partnership with Capital Area Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation to assist in increasing access to Primary Health Services in Regions I, II and IX. The “Vouch for Health Program” utilizes a voucher which is issued to the patient for payment towards their primary care services at FQHC's located in Regions I, II and IX. The vouchers are constantly monitored through a web-based system with tracking capabilities inclusive of monitoring the patients appointments and follow –ups.
