The Recruitment & Retention resource program is a service of LPCA. We provide permanent recruitment support and candidate referrals to Louisiana's Federally Qualified Health Centers that make primary health care available to urban and rural underserved populations.  We strive to achieve health care access for all and to eradicate health disparities to assure every Louisianian has affordable and regular primary health care providers.  LPCA members workforce recruitment services include representation at regional and national conferences, sourcing of candidates, and job postings on well-trafficked national sites.

 

We understand the unique qualities of Louisiana, allowing us to provide knowledgeable assistance to our Centers and candidates alike. Since 2004, the Recruitment and Retention program has worked with the Louisiana's Health Centers to develop personalized recruitment and retention strategies, in addition to providing direct candidate referrals.
