Training is most often delivered by a skilled professional, via a variety of media, to increase the knowledge or skills of the audience. This usually takes place in a single encounter but can also be part of a series.
Technical Assistance is generally defined as an intensive, highly specialized encounter taking place over an extended period of time. LPCA Technical Assistance is customized to the needs of the health center or partner and targeted to generate specific solutions to systemic concerns.
